And  before that territory within the administrative borders of the former Nagorno-Karabakh autonomous and not under the control of Baku must obtain a temporary status, which, at a minimum, provides guarantees of security and sovereignty.

On March 27, during a press conference in Yerevan, the US co-chairman of the OSCE Minsk Group Richard Hoagland said,  answering the question of how likely is the adoption of a new UN  resolution on Nagorno-Karabakh.
